Dear Holden Caulfield,
My world is flourished with many good things, however from your point of view, my world is very limited when it comes to greatness.
Towards the end of the story, you talked about being the catcher in the rye and saving kids before they grew up. Well if you lived in my world, you would love Justin Beiber and the Jonas Brothers, because they have yet to mature into a grown up mentality. Justin Beiber is a kid who is adored for being cute and innocent, and I am sure that if you had a chance to save him from the constant poor examples that he is surrounded by, you would. The Jonas Brothers, are a group of siblings who help spread messages to their peers to make good decisions, and live their child years to the fullest. I could see you being a big fan of the Jonas Brothers for that reason.
You would also love activists like Marthin Luther King Jr. and Rosa Parks. These are all examples of people who stood up for what they believed in and never gave up. A person that you uniquely favor in the story, is the boy who commited suicide because he refused to give in to the boys at his school. Marthin Luther King Jr. and Rosa Parks relate to this boy, not because they commited suicide themselves, but because they didn't change their opinions or listen to what other people said, if they didn't agree with it. They risked their lives to fight for what they believed in, and refused to allow others to change them.
In the end, there may be many things to like about the world I live in, but things are more attractive to the eyes of the beholder.

Like a Virigin-by Madonna was a song that relates to Catcher in the Rye, because Holden was a virigin himself. Ch.4
Every Little Bit Hurts-by Alicia Keyes because every little bit of Holden hurts, and he feels lonely. He especially hurting on the inside and outside when Stradlater and the pimp beat him up. Ch. 6 Ch. 14
I Feel Like Dying-by Lil Wayne was a song that relates to Catcher in the Rye, because when Holden was in his hotel room and the pimp harrassed him, he felt like commiting suicide. Ch. 14
That Should Be Me-by Justin Beiber relates to Catcher in the Rye, because when Stradlater goes on a date with Jane, deep down in side, Holden is feeling like he should be the one on the date with Jane instead of Stradlater. ch.4 ch.6 ch.7

Dear Holden Caulfield,
From the reading of Catcher in the Rye, I was able to infer a lot about you. You are the type of person who despises phonies, and does not favor change. You hate it when the young are exposed to all the bad influences, leading them to mature too quickly. Therefore, in my world, there would be many things that you would hate.
First and foremost, you would have a strong odium for all the Hollywood prostitutes, like Paris Hilton, Katy Perry, and Miley Cyrus. Celebrities like this, have a strong relation to your brother, D.B. They are a few of the many who give themselves to Hollywood just for the profit and the fame. You would merely puke at the site of Britney Spears and Lindsey Lohan, since you hate when the youth lose their innocence. These stars are perfect examples of innocent little child stars turned bad from the sexual, drug, and partying influences that surrounded them at a young age.
The number of phonies in my world would make you sick. In every neighborhood, street, on every corner, there are millions of fake people. Our world is made up of them. The large sum of plastic surgery nut heads, people with false identities, and cheaters would drive you crazy.For instance, Heidi Montag is the perfect example of a real person who virtually turned into plastic over night for undergoing over ten plastic surgeries at once. Another example of fake people in my world, is identity fraud. People are always stealing others identities, making themselves into something they're not. Thus, you would would have an anathema for all the spouses who live another life from their wives/husbands, constantly hiding their secret life, with millions of lies. Many people can find many great things about my world, but you would simply just find flaws.
